  • Free shipping within Auckland on orders over $88 NZD.
  • For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of $5.50 NZD will apply for deliveries within Auckland. 
  • Please note: Our free shipping offer only applies to standard shipping and excludes rural, express, or overnight shipping options. Additionally, the offer does not apply to products that are combined over 25KG, oversize, or bulk items, which are explicitly stated on the relevant product web page.

For Waikato in New Zealand

  • Free shipping outside Auckland on orders over $160 NZD.
  • For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of $10 NZD within North Island will apply. Additional 10 NZD will apply to orders that are combined over 15KG, oversize, or including bulk items.
  • Please note: Our free shipping offer only applies to standard shipping and excludes rural, express, or overnight shipping options. 

For North Island excluding Auckland&Waikato in New Zealand

For South Island in New Zealand

We are currently unable to deliver to the South Island due to the high shipping costs. We are actively seeking an alternative shipping company that offers more reasonable rates and will update you as soon as we find one.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within the same or the next business day of receiving the order. 
Please allow a few more business days during Sale periods.

The delivery time frame varies depending on the courier company and the destination address, however, it typically takes 1 - 2 business days after dispatch. 
It might take another day or two for South Island.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver to addresses in New Zealand.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
